Privacy Policy
What this platform stores, why it stores it, and how content can be removed.
What's collected
An email address and password, handled by Amazon Cognito (this platform never sees or stores your raw password).
Whatever you actively give an agent to work with: a diagram description or image, a meeting recording and its transcript, or a document you upload for Knowledge Search to search.
Basic usage records (which agent, when, how many credits) needed to run the credits system and keep the platform working.
Where it's stored, and for how long
Everything lives on Amazon Web Services in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. There is no separate data-selling or analytics-broker relationship — AWS runs the infrastructure, that's the extent of it.
Your own content — uploaded documents, diagrams, meeting recordings and transcripts — is kept until you delete it yourself (a per-item delete already exists for each of these today) or, once available, until you delete your account.
A handful of internal operational records (things like short-lived progress checkpoints or usage-event logs used for billing) expire automatically on their own, anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 days after they're written, and are never shown to you directly.
Billing and credit-ledger records are kept for longer, as ordinary financial recordkeeping — the same reason most services retain a receipt history rather than erasing it the moment it's no longer actively displayed.
Meeting recordings
If you use Meeting Notes, the service processes the meeting audio you record, the live transcript, the final transcript, any attendee names or notes you enter, and the AI outputs generated from that meeting.
You are responsible for telling participants that recording or transcription is happening and for getting any consent required before using the meeting agent.
AI processing
When you ask an agent to do something, the relevant content is sent to Amazon Bedrock to generate the response — that's how every agent on this platform actually works. Bedrock is AWS's own managed AI service; see AWS's own published data-handling terms for what Amazon itself commits to — this page describes what this platform sends, not AWS's own internal policy on Amazon's behalf.
Who can see it
You. A small admin console exists for running this platform (fixing a stuck upload, answering a support question), gated behind a real login and an explicit allowlist of admin accounts — not open to anyone with an account. Nobody else has access.
Third parties
Amazon Web Services (the infrastructure everything above already describes), and Stripe for payment processing once a paid credits top-up is available. Neither is paid to advertise to you, and your data is never sold.
Your rights
You can already delete an individual document, diagram, or meeting yourself from within each agent. A full account-deletion flow (removing everything at once) is planned but not live yet — until then, email qianxiaoyu19@gmail.com and it'll be handled by hand.
Changes to this policy
If what this platform actually does changes in a way that affects this page, this page will be updated to match — the goal is always an accurate description of real behavior, not a static document that quietly stops matching reality.
About this page
Agent Zoo is currently in beta. This page is a good-faith, factually accurate description of what the system actually does — not a substitute for professional legal advice. Questions go to qianxiaoyu19@gmail.com.
